People who restrict their numbers should learn to expect that many people will not answer their calls, if not for any reason other than the problem you're having. I'm also not sure of this, but I believe you may file a report with the police. They may obtain the caller's number since I believe it is against the law to threaten or harass people on the phone. Anyone know more about this? |

Take all the evidence you can, like your sellphone caller ID of this clown's number and any other threatening evidence, including witnesses if you have them, down to the POLICE DEPT and have a little talk with them about this problem. Police take this quite seriously as it's easier to do something NOW, than it is when they have to investigate your murder...reducing department loading.... |

You don't need the most expensive lawyer in town to get this done as it's a pretty standard form and it's not really expensive. If, once served with the court order which is quite easy to obtain, he even has a simple contact with you, police must enforce the order and can his sorry ass for disobeying it. If anything untoward happens to you, they go STRAIGHT to his front door....and they let him know it when they serve him the order. |
