IMToo Video Cutter

I cut befor buying the product and it seemd to work without much of a problem so I bought the software. Now it is cutting the audio, but the video is black! Is there a settting a can change or should I request my oney back?

Can you tell me some more details about your original files?for example,what is the format?
If does this problem appear when you cut all files or just a single one?
