Imtoo impeg decoder

After I convert a dvd to divx, I get all the files as avi instead of just one file. When i try to merge them, nothing happens. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. How do I get the program to convert all of the vob files into a single avi file? Thanks in Advance !

For the DVD you mentioned, is it a DVD disc? If so, I am afraid that you need to use our DVD ripping tools, such as ImTOO DVD Ripper Ultimate. You can merge the files with it. ImTOO Mpeg Encoder is just a video converting tool which cannot rip DVD properly.
