HELP!!!! ImTOO PSP Video Converter
i just bought the ImTOO Video Converter, registered it successfully and everything. So can someone please tell me why everytime i try to convert an m4v file to mp4 for my PSP it says FAIL?!

Could you tell me where you got the m4v file? from iTunes? If yes, I sorry that this kind of file usually cannot coverter because the protect from iTunes |

ok...i revisited your site and i didn't see anything that made that clear to the consumer. i was under the impression that it could convert ALL video files. if i had known it wouldn't work with protected files, especially from a site as popular as iTunes, i wouldn't have bought the converter. so what can we do about this?
