I put an initial 10 Euro in and have around 9 Euro 30 left after doing
the number confirmations and stuff (Mobile and 0845 etc) still too much
credit for them to allow me to spend more money yet though and I still
have 7 Euro left in my cheap.com account to use up before switching over
completely.

You may find the answer in teh following Jono (May need to copy & paste
URL to comlete)

Seems there is a finite limit to the amount of accounts you can set up
without resorting to other ways of annonimity (sp)

Thanks.

I was beginning to suspect something like that.

I managed to use a different mobile number and verified that which then
allowed me to buy credit (with a card I've used on many Betamax
variants)

Well, I've now been able to top up & make some reasonably lengthy calls
and can confirm that the call quality is excellent.

Tip: if you're paying by card, their card validation will fail your
transaction if your postcode has spaces in it. Remove the spaces and
there's more chance of it going through.

My firs SMSListo credit lasted forever (it seems)
Unfortunately it wouldn't allow an automated top-up but the time 10 Euros lasts
for short UK mobile calls is brilliant. More so if the account was set up as
an American (outside Europe) account as there's no 19% German VAT applied.

I'll remember that when my top up is due!
