With Windows 7, organising files just got better. With the introduction of new Library system, you can now access the same file from multiple location based on your need. For example you have certain college project. You need some text from certain ebook, a case study in document, a picture for your college project presentation backgroud and a music to go with presentation. So you either duplicate these files into another folder for your project, or everytime you want to access it you have to search among wallpapers, music, ebooks, documents... The library is a virtual folder type system which gives you the ability to access the files in a defined manner without ever copying them at multiple places. You make a project library and define to include specific files and specific folders in it. It doesnot copy the files but keeps reference of the file location to show the specific files everytime you open the library ... So it makes thing easy
