Don't Want 3D

So on ALL my games, and yes just recently did this start, my games begin with green info stuff in the bottom right of the screen telling me a few things about the game and saying to press Ctrl+Alt+Insert to close and reopen the info. When I get into my actual game, however, the games look like a 3D movie does when you accidentally get bumped by a fat lady who knocks your glasses off and you see the altered red and green hues that make the 3D glasses so effective.

So I'm wondering how tp get rid of the wannabe 3D graphics?
