try to change your pruduct key in my computer..change old key with this key- QXV7B-K78W2-QGPR6-9FWH9-KGMM7..

It may be because of AVG firewall that block the slui.exe and that’s why you won’t be able to activate Windows 7.
Here is how to fix activation problem:
(1)Start-->Run-->Type cmd --> Hold STRG + Shift and press Enter to run this as an admin
(2)Enter this command to enable hidden admin account
net user administrator /active:yes
(3)Switch users(Start-->shut down--> switch users and you will see the admin account!)
(4) Open task-manager. -->services -->navigate to the AVG firewall service -->right-click -> turn it off.
(5)Now click on start-->cmd-->enter slui.exe and you are done

yeah there is phone activation option .... first after clicking on the phone activation there will be around 48 numbered blank with 6 division in each textbox there u need to enter the activation no which is provided by them.... (by calling to toll free no and telling the activation code which is already displayed on ur window) then enter it and click next ...... den windows 7 will be activated....

NOTE:- do this within ur expiry period of ur windows beta 7... if not it wont work u need to again re-install the OS..... (which i experienced)...

i didn't install AVG antivirus in my pc but h can it b a prob for activation of windows7?? please let me know abt it

In Windows 7 can you access internet, say microsoft.com, using Internet explorer? Other than AVG do you have any other firewalls installed? What kind of Internet connection you have, a direct home connection or a proxy enabled corporate/company connection?
