Cool windows 7 loop

Trying to clean install windows 7 from xp all was going well until the dreaded blue screen of death appeared announcing error had occured and needed to shut down. On reboot message 'computer encounted unexpected error. To install windows click ok to restart computer and then restart the installation' And that is all that happens it's like it's stuck in a loop

I've seen stuff like this before. One thing to try is to make sure you do a full format of the hard drive before the installation.

Have finally solved problem. Changed bootup order and enabled usb keyboard allowed me to roll back and re install. Took another 2 attempts kept freezing. Only problem now no sound and keeps freezing. Think it might be motherboard (AB pro9) trying to download realtek audio codecs and drivers but having no joy. Any idea?

Sorted sound problem. Managed to download realtech for vista which works. Realtech site running really slow though. Cpu is Intel quad q6700 2.66Ghz. Still think it might be be Ait pro motherboard. not sure wether to flah bios, though that might things worse
