Problem while installing MS office 2007 - There are no products affected by this package installed

Hi everyone.
I have bought new lenovo laptop today. Im trying to install MS office 2007 but it is not allowing to do so. Its showing the message 'there are no products affected by this package installed on this system'. Does anyone have any idea about this?

My laptop configuration is
Processor:Intel core 2 duo,P8600 2.4GHz
RAM:3GB
OS:Windos 7 Home premium(32bit)

This error generally means that the installation is an update rather than a full Setup. In this case you might be installing Office 2007 SP1 or SP2 rather than the complete Office 2007 SP2 package. For these service packs to install you need an existing installation of Office 2007.

Please recheck if you are installing the Office 2007 full setup from the CD?
