Trouble opening a game

Hey guys, first post here. Thanks for having me.

So, I bought a PC a couple days ago. It came with a bunch of games. They all open except for one: Saints Row IV.

When I try to open it, a pop up show up that says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.

Would appreciate some help. Saints Row is the game I really wanted to play.

The game installation is corrupt. Try re-installing the game if you have received a cd or dvd along with your pc.
