iMate is Prepping a Windows 8 Phone!

Yes you heard it right,it's not a typo.iMate a company which was well known for it's pocket pc devices in its era might be prepping a Windows 8 desktop OS powered Phone and not a Windows Phone 8 device.

The 4.7" device would be powered by intel clover trail processor with 2 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage with 5 megapixel rear and2 megapixel front shooter.


The concept behind this device is that it would use a dock which can be used with a monitor which would allow the phone to be used as a full fledged PC replacement!


This sounds like an exciting device,can't wait to see it alive!

Its a good that iMate is launching Windows 8 Phone.. but iMate should take care of one thing that Display should be at least more than 4.3".
