Microsoft office professional xp with front page

I got a little yellow shield pop-up from norton saying that " Updateds are ready for you computer" When I clicked to install the new updates, they got about 75% done then I got an prompt message about Microsoft Office Xp Professional with Front page saying I need to insert the disc. I don't have the disc, I'm not sure I ever did.
Now everytime I try to open excel I get the same prompt and can't use excel at all.. SOME PLEASE HELP ME. I REALLY NEED MY EXCEL.
