Imaging Windows 98
hi all, long time listener, first time caller
i have to reinstall windows 98 on (literally) about 100 computers and fast. anyhoo, i've been scouring the internets for information about imaging 98 but to no avail. what i have tried is making an imagex image and applying it to another computer, but lo and behold, it won't boot. i tried fdisk /mbr with no results. the error message i get is something like "remove disks or other media" "press any key to restart" any other ideas from the masters? |

Re: Imaging Windows 98
update:
so i've been successful in imaging 98 but it involves me using fdisk and the format utility on the windows 98 boot disk. this is still rather time-consuming, so if anyone has any better ideas, let me know. |
