How to modify the Default user profile in Vista

I am looking for the best way to modify the "Default" user profile in Vista.
We are preparing to begin testing and there are several setttings that I need
to have in the default profile. We have modified or overwritten the Default
User profile in XP in the past but our old methods dont work in Vista.

Any ideas???

Thank you...

Reference the WAIK documentation for "CopyProfile=True"

I am not sure whether this will include your settings but that should
work in general.
