Unable to create a deployment point

Judge Dredd

Running BDD 2007 with latest WAIK on Vista. I am trying to create a
deployment point, but at the network share step I hit a wall. I have the
name of my PC for the server name, but going to the next step throws up an
error saying server is invalid or unreachable.

Sharing is turned on in network and sharing centre so I have no idea why
it's complaining.

Any ideas what's wrong?

Did you check the Firewall setting in Vista?

Check firewall and also right-click and "Run As Administrator" when
launching BDD 2007 MMC.

Is this a lab or Network deployment point? Lab Deployment points cannot be
on a network share.
