ATI Intel Conflict

We are not using BDD yet. Use Sysprep with .inf file created with Driver
device path, and Drivers folder on image. Have updated folder to include new
drivers. Have one XP SP2 image for enterprise using ACPI setting for HAL.
Am trying to integrate the HP 6910 laptop into the image. the ATI video
drivers seem to conflict with Intel. If the ATI drivers work, then the intel
965 drivers do not work on the HP dc7700. If the intel drivers are correct,
then the ATI fails, prompts for install files, and when installed, then
causes laptop to fail at bootup. Anyone experienced this and can help? thx
