Pin Apps in XP using Active Setup

I'm running a lite touch build of xp sp3 from MDT 2008 and have a bit of an
issue trying to pin some office shortcuts to the start menu. I am using a
small vbscript that pins the apps using the shortcut method, and the script
works fine when run manually, but when it executes via an active setup entry
it doesn't work. I know my active setup entries are correct because I have
configured it to run notepad and this works. Is there an issue running vb
scripts from active setup?

Many Thanks

Ian
