1215 Status Warnings in SMS for every deployment

I am receiving a single Error 1215 - a "Time Stamp" error in the SMS Status
manager for every machine that has the ZTI OSD deployed.

I am deploying using ZTI from BDD 2.0.
I am certain that the problem has to do with the time zone. The BIOS is set
to central time and when PE is booted, I think it might have a different
offset or something. Anyway the time offset is ~7200 seconds which accounts
for the two hours difference between my timezone and Redmond's time zone.

We are only deploying machines in the central time zone. Is there any
modification I can make to WinPE to make it so it doesn't result in these
status messages with incorrect time stamps?
