MDT Task Sequence error

I am having an issue trying to deploy an XP image using MDT. I have been
able to successfully rebuild one server with server08 and MDT on it to
deploy vista fine. Trying to rebuild a second server for XP deployment is
having issues. I first tried to rebuild it on current server03 install but
ran into an issue with error "No task sequences are available
(TaskSequences.xml does not exist, is empty, or is inaccessible). I have
reinstalled WAIK and MDT as it tends to fix many "random" issues, this did
not resolve the issue. I then rebuilt the entire server up to server08 with
fresh installs of WAIK and MDT current versions but the error still remains.
The logs are referencing an invalid OS GUID 119... This GUID is not in any
of my files anywhere. There were backups of the files from a working time
frame that I used to import back in when rebuilding everything. Any
thoughts/help would be appreciated. Thanks.
