I was falsely accused and falsely found guilty based on lies.
What I need is the opinions of 3 Internet experts.
The accusations:
1) That I was the google group poster da-hui@telex.co.uk
and inulted a black guy from Turku, Finland
I live in Finland and posted on Usenet as: Mitsos or Xenos

I was in jail on the 25,26 the of March 2007 and yet I was found guilty
of being the google group poster da-hui@telex.co.uk
Notice that telex.co.uk is a private domain registered under .....
I was also found guilty of the google group poster Kilfoyle@seanie.eu

same IP address with google group poster chauffeurs@gmail.com

All of the above google group accounts shared the same IP address with
each other at one time or an other
My arguments are the following:
I was in jail on March 25,26 when the google group poster
da-hui@telex.co.uk posted on Usenet and therefore can not be that poster.
I did not not have access to the private email account of @telex.co.uk
or to @seanie.eu or @nazis.co.uk
The whois search did not show who the owner of www.papafloratos was but
that domain was registered on December 31 2006 and announced on Usenet
on the same day by da-hui@telex.co.uk and Kilfoyle@seanie.eu

I was found falsely guilty on the above video
In his police interview from June 16 2009 the troll claimed that he
"spammed the Turku police station with "my" messages"

Just to give you one example.
The Turku police station got those spam messages as you can see from the
Cc: part
He admitted on the Bromley police station that he spammed the Turku,
Finland police station and yet I was found guilty of the insults he
posted towards a black guy on 2006-2007 on Usenet.
The Finnish police come to my house looking for a computer on September
16 2008 in order to frame me for the trolls police station spamming. See
Cc: palaute@turu.poliisi.fi
My replies to the troll would have shown in my news reader and the text
to which I was replying and this would have been the "evidence" to find
me guilty of spamming the Turku police station. The same trick the
Finnish police used before on me.
About the troll:
He was exposed by his real name since 2002 on Usenet over 5000 times
6 people reported him to the police.
The London police "investigated" him from November 30 2007 on for 11
months but dropped the case after I was found falsely guilty by the
Finnish court.
The Scotland Yard has a 86 page report on him but is refusing to release it.

What I need is the opinion of a professional Internet expert because my
word counts nothing on the Finnish court and lies and distortions by the
Finnish police are handled as facts!
By the way:
The roll admitted of knowing me since 7-8 years from Usenet. That he was
fighting with me for 2-3 years on Usenet
That he uploaded my family pictures to his website but don't tell what
alias he used on Usenet nor the name of his website he uploaded my
pictures too.
In his police Interview he claimed of having only one Youtube account
and all others were clones by the "evil" Xenos Nazis.
Yet he made 2 videos in which he celebrated his 110th Youtube ban and a
tutorial of how to clone your own accounts in order to avoid the Youtube
banner

The libeling he did to my person which goes unnoticed by the police but
any time he insulted the black guy I was found guilty based on "motive"
of insulting the black guy.

Only the first 13 seconds of the voice is my voice ( he took it from my
website ) the rest is his voice and yet lying police criminals from
Vasa, Finland said it is my voice.
