Cannot see my contacts online
Hello,
Yesterday I changed my passort email address and now on Windows Messenger Live I cannot see my contacts online nor they me. I have upgraded to Messenger 8.5 this morning and still the problem exist. I have search several posts and have found nothing I have seen seems to fix my problem. Can someone PLEASE help me? Many thanks in advance, Gordie |

Greetings Gordie,
In some cases the transfer will not work. Although, the last person to experience this problem waiting a week and their contacts were restored (general rule of thumb has been it takes up-to two days). I tried your first suggestion of changing back to my old email address and then the new one and still had no joy. However, I waited and this morning, I can see my contacts online. Many thanks!!!
