OneCare Firewall Blocking Emails

My OneCare firewall is set to "Allow" several programs on the Firewall
Advanced Settings including Microsoft Outlook. However it consistently
blocks both incoming and outgoing emails. When I turn OneCare firewall off,
emails are sent/received OK. I'm looking for suggestions on how to have the
OneCare firewall running without losing my email services using Outlook.
System is Dell Dimension E520 with Vista Ultimate OS; ISP - Charter
Communications cable.
