Circle problems

I have 3 PCs in my One Care Circle. Vista Ultimaate as a hub, Vista Home
Premium and XP Pro. Only the hub is regularly turned on.
I very often get a red report at the hub that the firewall and virus check
at the Home Premium machine is off. It isn't. At the moment I am siting at
the Home premium PC with a green one care icon and looking at the hub pc
over remote connection with red icon telling me the Home Premium firewall is
off. The problem often occurs if the Home Premium machine has been off for
a while

The XP machine is fine, no problem at all on or off.

How do I fix this
