Win Live Mail Signature
Hi ::
Is it possible to permanently set a Signature with a different font &/or size in Windows Live Mail? I was able to do so in both Outlook and Outlook Express, but in WLM the Signature automatically defaults to my preset font & size for the email itself. I want the Signature automatically smaller, if nothing else. Sincere Appreciation in advance of any help offered! JS |

Re: Win Live Mail Signature
The only way to do it at present is to give yourself a html signature.
Simply create your html signature then under tools/options/signature tab, select file and point to your html file. RE: Win Live Mail Signature
How about if you ahve no clue how to operate in HTML? I had a great
signature that I have been using for years in Outlook..text and a picture... and now I can't get it to appear as my signature in Windows Live Mail or Windows Mail. I tried pasting the HTML code in but geez, I dont know the forst thing about HTML Andelaine "Jeff S." wrote: > Hi :: > Is it possible to permanently set a Signature with a different font &/or > size in Windows Live Mail? > I was able to do so in both Outlook and Outlook Express, but in WLM the > Signature automatically > defaults to my preset font & size for the email itself. Re: Win Live Mail Signature
Like this below..the process is the same as OE.
"Here's a sig with an http link instead of an email" The graphic and the htm file are stored in the same folder In this case Vista \Users\<my login id>\Documents\My Signatures\ The graphic is the red signature, the html file includes the code pointing to the signature with the embedded email link and also includes the text below the signature. Here's an example htm file's code..possibly you could modify it for your own needs: <html><head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"> </head> <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <p align="left"> <a href="mailto:youremailaddress@live.com"> <img src="file:///[pathname of gif file]" border="0"> <br> </body> </html> ...winston ms-mvp mail "Andelaine" <Andelaine@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:8F2740E0-34BA-444E-A160-59CA8BB8ACBB@microsoft.com...
