My Computer Crashes After Playing a DVD on Windows Media Player 11
Hello, I'm having a problem with my Windows Media Player 11 for the XP,
Service Pack 2. Whenever I am finished playing a DVD with it and I attempt to exit out, my computer completely freezes, leaving me no choice but to shut down the computer manually by holding the power button. This has happened twice already and I do not know why it is doing this. Whenever I play a normal media file (that is not a DVD, i.e., a .wmv or .avi file), it works perfectly and does not crash my computer. Is there a way to fix this so that I can play my DVDs on my Windows Media Player? |
