WMP11/Media Center doesn't display album info

I have recently encountered a problem displaying album info from CD's in
WMP11 and Media Center on a Vista Home Prem. computer. In both, it states
"Unkown Artist" when playing or ripping a CD. I have used both before and
not had this problem. I have also tried getting the album info and updating
the album info, but that doesn't work either. Anyone know what happened or
how I can fix this. Thanks.
