Active Sync 4.5 dissapears and won't start till reboot.

Active Sync 4.5 dissapears and won't start till reboot.

hi,

I run a Windows Server 2003 in a Vm box for school.
I've installed ActiveSync 4.5 for my HTC S710 for testing developed apps.

When i synch my htc AtciveSync starts a setup screen and shows the following
text and dissapears.
"Please wait while Active Sync 4.5 is being configured." (translation from
dutch)

When i try to start ActiveSync i'm getting the same screen as descriped above.

When i reboot the OS i can use Active Sync one time and then it does the
same thing all over again.

NOTE: The ActiveSync icon dissapears from the system tray. (Right Below the
screen)
