multiple accounts with same name

I received following error in my ADC.

There are multiple accounts with name <username>@mydomain.COM of type
DS_USER_PRINCIPAL_NAME.

how ever i can not find two accounts with same name.
Please help

Perform the following search against one of your Global Catalogs, on port
3268 (you can set this in ADSIEDIT.MSC "Advanced" options), using your forest
root's domain naming context (assuming all domains have contiguous Domain DNS
suffixes...):

userPrincipalName=<UPN specified in error event>

or run the following LDIFDE command from a command prompt on one of your
Global Catalogs:

ldifde -f check_UPN.txt -t 3268 -d "" -l userPrincipalName -r
"(userPrincipalName=<UPN specified in error event>)" -p subtree

You can use ldp.exe and search for the duplicate names in directory

Hi,

You can search the duplicate names using ldifde command,
use ldifde -f <file name> -d "dc=domain,dc=com"
Open the file in notepad and search the name associated with the event log.

Then use adsiedit.msc and bind to the domain NC,select the account which you
have documented as duplicate,right click and select properties.point out the
attribute "serviceprinciplename" and remove duplicate registration.click OK
and exit.
