WPA2 GPO settings Missing

Greetings-

We just installed Windows 2003 Server SP2 on our 5 domain controllers.
However when we open the Group Policy Management Console and try to create a
wireless policy the options to select "WPA2/WPA2-PSK" and "AES" are not
available. I thought that SP2 for Windows 2003 was supposed to add WPA2
options to wireless LAN policy settings. Are we missing something? Is there a
new admin template we have to install? We installed the latest WPA2 updates
on our Windows XP SP2 clients and can see the option in the local policy, but
not from our server(s) using the GPMC.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Joe

As far as I remember, you need to manage those settings from a
workstation/machine that has a WPA2-capable adapter installed since the
CSE (Client Side Extension) that is responsible for these Group Policy
setting's processing isn't installed.

I currently have no machines to test that but I recommend you manage the
policy from a client machine using GPMC - as far as I can tell, this
behavior seems to be "normal".

cheers,

Florian

Got a guide on how to do it here..

You need to make sure you've updated the Schema on 2003 server also. Let me know if you get it sorted.
