Different Round Robin TTL
using round robin to distribute load, i know, a poor mans solution, i want
to use different TTL's so that some machines are cached longer and get more load. however, when i query the record on the authorative dns server, all entries will get the same TTL, namely the lowest TTL. also a ping to the dns name gives me the same result. is it not possible to use different TTL's? |

Once you've created the record, choode View, then Advanced. Now go into the record and bump up the TTL. -- Regards, Ace This posting is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties or guarantees and confers no rights.
