Re: Do we need to add a new AD site?
Do you plan to have your users authenticate against the 4th DC or are you
wanting to segregate it for DR purposes only? With a 10G connection between the physical sites there is probably going to be minimal gain in making a new site. One thing you could/should consider for planning around that 10G link is either; a) Make the 4th dc a GC to ensure users at that site can logon if there is an outage with the 10G link b) Leave it a DC and enable Universal Group Caching for the existing site so users will not need a GC for logon if they happen to hit that DC for authentication and the 10G link goes down. UGC will happen ever 12 hours (or is it 6?) for up to 500 groups at a time.
