Urgent : Upg Win 2003 R2 from std. edition to ent. edition
Hi,
Currently the server is having 4GB of RAM and Windows 2003 R2 standard edition (32-bit). SAP is running on the server. Now, I want to upgrade the memory to 8 GB. Since standard edition will not support more than 4GB, I want to upgrade windows 2003 R2 standard edition (32-bit) to windows 2003 enterprise edition (32-bit). My worries: 1) Here I am NOT upgrading 32-bit to from 64-bit. But still I would like to know whether there any major change in system files of windows 2003 ent. edition compared to win 2003 std. edition? 2) Finally would like to know, whether my SAP installation will come up without any error? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated. |
