Command line parameters not valid

I am getting a message telling me that command line parameters are not valid
when I try to install WSUS3 to my Server 2003 domain controler.

The log file says:
2007-09-03 01:38:03 Error MWUSSetup ParseCommandLine: Failed
to open SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Update Services\Server\Setup registry key (Error
0x80070002: The system cannot find the file specified.)
2007-09-03 01:40:12 Error MWUSSetup DoInstall:
ParseCommandLine failed (Error 0x80041453)

Has anyone seen this?

RE: Command line parameters not valid

Yes, I'm getting the same error but can't find any solution anywhere?

All I seem to get as an answer, including Microsoft, is flatten the server
and rebuld?

Any luck getting an answer so far?
