C:is not accessible Access is denied

Hi

when changing the sharing options in Windows Vista Home. I am not sure
quite what happenhere but now I do not have access to my own C: drive
and or permissions to change copy or move anything on it. I have the
user profile on this machine and it is set as the administrator and
other one is Guest, I have also lost access to all administrative
capabilities.

My problem is how do I fix this without losing all the files and
digital
photos I just moved onto the C: drive.

Need urgent help to fix this issue.
