Looks like you have two Ethernet adapters. Have you tried removing
the cable from where it is and plugging it into the other LAN port and power cycling the broadband modem? (Or have you tried power cycling the modem at all? try that first). Does your user account have admin privileges? yes i have tried the other port same outcome i spent 2 hours on the phone

so you have unplugged the modem and plugged it back in yourself in
addition to the remote reset? assuming you were able to connect last week, can you do a system restore to a day last week before this issue started? have you installed any updates? new programs?
