Re: can't release ip
Looks like you have two Ethernet adapters. Have you tried removing
the cable from where it is and plugging it into the other LAN port and power cycling the broadband modem? (Or have you tried power cycling the modem at all? try that first). Does your user account have admin privileges? yes i have tried the other port same outcome i spent 2 hours on the phone

so you have unplugged the modem and plugged it back in yourself in
addition to the remote reset? assuming you were able to connect last week, can you do a system restore to a day last week before this issue started? have you installed any updates? new programs? yes i have reseted modem and this is a new custom built computer i just

i dont think it is installed i dont know where to instal it from it's not on

did you go into the network control panel and uncheck IPv6 and try
that? did you read the thread? the person in question did not have the firewall installed but did a new install of x64 which resolved the problem. did you go into the network control panel and uncheck IPv6 and try
that? did you read the thread? the person in question did not have the firewall installed but did a new install of x64 which resolved the problem.
