A quick google shows:-

Yahoo Incoming Mail Server (POP3) - pop.mail.yahoo.com (port 110)
Yahoo Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - smtp.mail.yahoo.com (port 25)

It depends on which country you reside in, and whether you have a
free or paid account. Free US-based Yahoo accounts have webmail
access only, no POP.

To use yahoo.com under Windows Mail, you have to either pay extra or
install YPOPs.

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...op/pop-35.html

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mai...op/pop-08.html

http://ypopsemail.com/

To use AOL, see here:

http://email.about.com/od/windowsmai...access_aol.htm

http://members.aol.com/adamkb/aol/mailfaq/imap/

For MSN, some of the older accounts will work under Windows
Mail, but not the newer ones that use the HTTP protocol.

<http://www.eggheadcafe.com/software/aspnet/29461034/msn-pop3-and-vista-window.aspx>

For Gmail, see here:

http://email.about.com/od/windowsmai..._get_gmail.htm

http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...y?answer=13273

<http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/setting-up-gmail-imap-support-for-windows-vista-mail/>

These Gmail instructions cover both the IMAP and the POP
methods of connecting. Choose one of these, and don't get
them mixed up.

Windows Mail allows you to have more than one email
account, but puts the incoming mail for all of them into
the same Inbox.
