my apologies - this fix may not work for vista, I haven't tried it.
SubInAcl should be an msi executable. It should launch an install
process, then it will create a "windows resource kits" folder under
program files. You may have to run it as administrator - I do not
have enough vista experience to walk you through this though, sorry!

When I go to Adobe.com to download the flash player, the site is always
frozen. I can't do anything.
