Still can't delete old Inbox messages, not can I read them
Thanks to you guys, I downloaded the patch to stop the "unknown error" from
occuring with new messages to my inbox. Now these delete normally. However if I do a "Select All" and "Delete" only the new messages delete, and I still have a bunch of junk in my inbox and the error message. Nor will they move to any other folder. Suggestions? |

Hi Robyn, This will fix your problem: Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.
