Re: stuck in reboot look after windows update
I agree with Bhodie. This is absolutely ridiculous. I spent the entire
morning trying to fix this issue with Dell. I wanted to contact Microsoft, then noticed that there is a $59 technical support charge!! Why should I pay for something that is Microsoft's responsibility? Don't they test this stuff before they release it to the public? Re: stuck in reboot look after windows update
I could not agree with marsh more. You'd think that with as many users in
such MISERABLE trouble, MS would send out an automatic patch - just like MS sends us its updates when we innocently have automatic updates turned on. They ruined my new computer (I'm on my old laptop that runs XP) for now, and they KNOW they screwed up. Any decent corporation would have the courtesy to send us an immediate patch. I'd like to see some concern and customer service from MS. They messed up my computer and they should fix it FOR me! "marsh" wrote: > I agree with Bhodie. This is absolutely ridiculous.
