Smileys sending out in E-Mails

can i send Smileys in outgoing E-Mails?
What can i do for this nice Option with my new Win Mail via VISTA OEM
PREMIUM?
How can i find free smileys for this option into Vista?

You can, but if you want the picture type you have to set outgoing emails
to use HTML first.

You can use the text type smilies such as :-) even if you have it set to
send
in text.

The newer Windows Live Mail has emoticons on the toolbar.

Smileys seem to be dedicated to msn, google, hotmail etc email addresses.
I attached a whole load of the ones I liked, sent them from my hotmail
account to my blueyonder account, which does not allow a smiley tool bar
I saved the message in the local folder under smileys, I just copy and paste
into my emails from my accounts that do not allow smileys in my tool bar
