Excel File Error

Hello,
I had one excel file stores on the server(compatibility mode) & that file is
shared to view by the other users. If somebody opens the file firstly it shows
the error as "There is unexpected override lock by the user, do you want to
override" if we click yes the file gets opened & then after doing some
changes if we try to save the file it shows the error as "the file can't be
saved because of the sharing violation, the file is being used by other
person, please try to save the file by other name". If i'm restarting the
server then also its happening.
Help on this will be highly appreciated
I'm having 2003 SBS server & 6 vista business clients
