Sounds like whatever "upgrading" you did 2 days ago, killed you video driver. Most likely all you need to do is delete/uninstall any remenant of your old video driver, reboot, and then install the latest driver for your video card/chipset. That you don't already know this, means that you probably don't have enough computer expertise to "re-format," even if it were necessary. -- Peace!
