Keyboard Shortcuts
I have just bought a new computer with Intel Core Duo processor, with Windows
Vista Home Complete already loaded. When I try to use Keyboard shortcuts for any program some of the Keyboard shortcuts do not work It is the same in Internet Explorer, Micrsoft Excel and Word 2003. Ctr+p is ignored. I have to go to File print to get the printer opions box up. Similar with Bold, Italics & Underline. Ctrl+I & Ctrl+u work but Ctrl+b does not. Also Ctrl+f does not wotk but Ctrl+h does. I have tried 2 different keyboards and there is no difference. The relative keys ie b,p,f work ok so it appears the problem is with Windows Vista. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this as I have searched without success. How do I get this escalated to Microsoft as it is a problem that has been with the computer since I got it |
