wireless connection

hs anybody an answer to my problem when i connect tothe internet using my bt
homehub router the computer shows an unidentified connection i have to
diagnose and repair before i can get a connection how can i rectify this

You need to delete the saved log-in details and reset them. This is done in
the Network Sharing Center.
