You have Nero on your system, don't you? What happens if you update it to a
more recent version? I'd be particularly suspicious of nevideo.ax

Re: DVD Maker

There's not quite enough to go on here. Have you submitted these problems
to Microsoft and checked for Solutions using the Problem Reports and
Solutions center control panel? A bucket ID isn't present below - that
would potentially be of value.

Failing that, if you have the DMP file from the crash/failure, that'd
probably be useful to look at - you could put that up on a site such
yousendit, megaupload, or that kind of thing.

This was probably caused by a bogus third party codec on the system. What
third party multimedia software has been installed to the system? (The fact
that you're getting a BEX (bad memory usage) is what makes this really
suspect as a third-party induced failure.)

Re: DVD Maker

I don't understand most of what you said. Sorry.

I did the Problem Reports and Solutions and had it check for solutions but
they all came back without solutions.

Re: DVD Maker

If you go the Problem Reports and Solutions Center control panel, you can
View problem history. You can then go to the DVDMaker section and
double-click on the entries there. For reported problems, there should be a
section at the bottom of "Extra information about the problem" that has the
Bucket ID. That might be useful here if you have that data.

What third party multimedia software has been installed to the system?

Failing the above being useful, either actual technical support might be
helpful, or if you want to save the DMP file next time you hit a crash and
then put it up at a temporary file sharing site, I can took a quick debug
look through it. =)
