Re: Movie Maker can not publish movie
Check your Movie Maker program files against the lists I show on my
website's Setup Movie Maker > Vista-MM6 page... If they align, re-register each of the DLLs... if not, refresh them with files from your backup set... see the Setup Movie Maker > XP-MM2.1 page for info about re-registering a DLL... site references are to PapaJohn (MVP) "Jags" <> wrote in message news:... > Any guesses?? > > "Jags" wrote: > >> I have tried un-checking all the items in compatability list, in both MM >> 6 >> and MM2.6, and tried with a .bmp file...but still i am getting the same >> error... >> Whats wrong with the Movie Maker on my system?? Re: Movie Maker can not publish movie
My website's Problem Solving > Can't Save a Movie page has all of the
issues, resolutions and work-arounds that I know of.... the page started with XP and Vista has introduced some other issues that I don't know enough about yet. As I learn I add them... As you see, it's not always quick, easy or straight-forward. -- website references are to PapaJohn (MVP) "Jags" <> wrote in message news:... > How can resolve this issue?? > > "Jags" wrote: > >> The files and dll are aligned correcly.. >> i have tried to re-register the dll files..but none of them are >> registerd...i have followed the proecess what you have given your >> website, >> but not working... >> can you suggest anything on this?? >> >> "PapaJohn" wrote: >> >> > Check your Movie Maker program files against the lists I show on my >> > website's Setup Movie Maker > Vista-MM6 page... >> > >> > If they align, re-register each of the DLLs... if not, refresh them >> > with >> > files from your backup set... see the Setup Movie Maker > XP-MM2.1 page >> > for >> > info about re-registering a DLL... >> > >> > site references are to >> > >> > PapaJohn (MVP) >> > >> > >> > "Jags" <> wrote in message >> > news:... >> > > Any guesses?? >> > > >> > > "Jags" wrote: >> > > >> > >> I have tried un-checking all the items in compatability list, in >> > >> both MM >> > >> 6 >> > >> and MM2.6, and tried with a .bmp file...but still i am getting the >> > >> same >> > >> error... >> > >> Whats wrong with the Movie Maker on my system??
