Delete task from Task Scheduler
I added a task using the Vista Task Scheduler wizard the other day and now I
either need to modify it or delete it. When I right click on it in Task Scheduler, there is no context menu. Also, there is no delete or modify option in the Actions pane on the right. How do I do this? |

Re: Delete task from Task Scheduler
Rightclick the scheduler in the start menu, and 'run as administrator'
Doubleclick some task, say a 'user task' and look at the Actions box for "Properties." Change the user with the Advanced button, and "Find names" button to your user name. You will get access to these 'System' tasks. -- Was this helpful? Then click the "Yes" Ratings button. Voting helps the web interface. Mark L. Ferguson .. Re: Delete task from Task Scheduler
Thanks Mark. That's kind of strange since I run as administrator but it did
the trick. "Mark L.
