Can't delete mail in outbox or send!
I have this problem and have tried to download the fix, when I follow the
download options I get a message reading; Installer encountered an error 0x8007000d The data is invalid. I think my computer software validated okay as I didn't get any message saying it didn't, or is this the message telling me so? Can anyone help, I'm really stuck and want my e-mails back. Thanx Bo... |

Thanx > Bo... What fix? For many Windows Mail users, it's hard to go back to previous messages in this thread if you don't quote them. Have you tried both the 32-bit version and the 64-bit version of this hotfix? The one that doesn't match your version of Vista will just refuse to install. If the other one refuses to install as well, you may want to look at the WORKAROUND section of this site. |

The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.
